HauSenior Thomas Haug reached the main draw of the ITA All-American Championships with a victory today in Chattanooga, Tenn. Haug defeated Daniel Langre of USC in three sets, 6-2, 5-7, 6-2. He joins teammate Aleksey Zharinov in the main draw which begins on Thursday morning.

Haug will face Baylor's Benedikt Dorsch from Baylor, while Zharinov, ranked 51st in the nation, will meet Rice's William Barker.

In doubles, Haug and sophomore Avery Ticer are seeded seventh in the main draw and will face Evan Austin and Karim Benmansour of Kentucky on Thursday afternoon.

The rest of the Golden Gopher Men's Tennis Team will resume play on Friday in the Minnesota Invitational. The six-team tournament will feature the debut of the Baseline Tennis Center, the Golden Gophers' brand-new, on-campus tennis facility.
