2010-11 • Senior Season: Went 1-5 in fall singles play • lone win came against Guillermo Nicol of Wichita State at the ITA Central Region Championships in Norman, Okla. (10/22) • had a 4-4 doubles record in the fall, partnered with Tobias Wernet, Philip Arndt, and Brendan Ruddock • won two matches to reach quarterfinals at ITA Cental Region Championships in Norman, Okla. with Arndt as the 28th-ranked doubles duo • reached the semifinals of the Lakewood Ranch Clay Court Classic in Tampa, Fla. with Wernet (11/12-14).


2009-10 • Junior Season: Became seventh player in school history to earn team's Most Valuable Player Award in back-to-back years • named to the 2010 All-Big Ten team • was the eighth alternate for the NCAA singles championship • finished 20-11 in singles and 13-16 in doubles • 20 singles wins was a tied Gallego with Tobias Wernet for most on the Gophers • went 10-3 in three-set matches and 5-8 against ranked opponents in singles on the year • reached the quarterfinals of the ITA Regional tournament (10/22-26) before losing to top-seeded Oleksandr Nedovyesov of Oklahoma State 7-5, 6-2 •beat Marc Bruche of Iowa 6-0, 6-3, Rusty Turpin of Tulsa 6-3, 6-2 and Ashley Watling of Tulsa 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 to reach the quarterfinals •opened the season with a 3-0 mark at the Pepperdine Invitational (9/24-27), including two three-set wins •beat J.T. 2007-08 • Freshman Season: Compiled a 16-19 singles record and 4-6 Big Ten mark, playing primarily at the No. 3 position • went 10-19 in doubles and 4-6 in Big Ten contests with Dino Bilankov • was 6-1 in third-set super-tiebreakers with his only loss coming by a 13-11 score against TCU (2/23) • won three straight super tiebreakers to open collegiate career before falling to teammate Tobias Wernet in Flight A finals of Northwestern Invitational (10/12-14) • played 16 three-set matches among 35 singles matches, finishing 7-9 • played one match at No. 1 singles, beating Tim Prudlow of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2/9) • posted a 6-3 singles record and 2-2 doubles mark in the fall • won opening match of qualifying at ITA Midwest Regional (10/20) • reached round of 16 as the 13th seed at Big Ten singles tournament (11/10-11) with victories in first two rounds.
