2011-12 Freshman Season: Established top times in the 50, 100 and 200 free at the Minnesota Challenge placed sixth in the 100 free (45.88) finished sixth in the 200 free (1:43.30) placed ninth in the 50 free (21.14) member of the sixth place 200 medley relay and 400 free relay at the Iowa dual finished eighth in the 50 free against Iowa.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Nixa High School coached by Jason Hite also swam for the Springfield Aquatics Club under the direction of Brian Reynolds three-time Missouri Class 5 state champion, taking the 100 free title twice (2008 and 2009) and the 100 back title as a senior (2010) 2010 runner-up in the 100 free despite breaking the state record eight-time NISCA All-American seven-time Central Ozark Conference champion, including three times in the 100 free set 10 school records USA Swimming Scholar All-American National Honor Society member.
Personal: Born January 9, 1993 undecided on a major son of Per-ola and Vicki Brinck his father swam at Drury has two younger siblings, Anna and Daniel lists his comeback win in the 100 free at the 2008 state meet as his favorite sports thrill enjoys movies and music.
