Minnesota will open competition at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center on Wednesday night.
2009-10 • Penn State: Captured eight individual wins during inaugural campaign, winning five in the 200 butterfly, two in the 400 IM and one in the 1,000 freestyle • qualified for the B Finals of the Big Ten Championships in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:48.22, finishing 13th with an NCAA B time of 1:47.80 in the finals • member of school-record 800 freestyle relay (6:28.11) that finished fifth at Big Tens • won the 200 butterfly against St. Bonaventure, Buffalo, West Virginia, Virginia and Pittsburgh/Maryland • posted wins at Pittsburgh/Maryland and vs. West Virginia in the 400 IM • swam season-best time of 3:58.18 at Big Tens in the 400 IM • posted a 4:31.10 mark in the 500 freestyle at Big Tens, a season best time • won the 1,000 freestyle at St. Bonaventure in only appearance in the event.
