2013-14 Junior Season:Finished 28th in the 200 Fly, 29th in the 500 Free, and 18th in the 400 IM at the B1G Championships (3/10-3/12) • At the Minnesota Challenge, he placed 5th in the 200 Back, 9th in the 200 Breast, 13th in the 100 Fly, and took 2nd in the 800 Free Relay (2/7-2/8) • Placed 7th in the 400 IM in the BIG Triple Dual meet (1/31-2/1) • Against Hawaii, he placed 6th in the 400 IM (1/11) • Placed 4th in the 500 Free, 6th in the 200 Fly, 1st in the 400 IM, 19th in the 100 Fly at the Jean Freeman Invite (12/6-12/7) • Finished 13th in the 400 IM, 15th in the 200 Fly and 13th in the 1650 Free and the Minnesota Grand Prix (11/14-11/16) • Against North Dakota, he placed 3rd in the 200 Butterfly (11/9) • Competed in the 200 fly and the 500 free in the dual meet against Arizona State (10/5).

2012-13 • Sophomore Season: Earned a top time in the 1650 free and swam in the preliminaries at the Big Ten Championships for the 500 free and 200 fly (3/1) • finished in the top eight for the 100 back and the top ten for the 200 back in the Minnesota Challenge (2/8) • landed the eight spot in the 200 fly in the 2013 triple duals (2/1) • placed in the top three in the 200 fly in the North Dakota win (1/25) • finished fourth overall against Hawaii in the 200 fly (1/12) • had a personal top time in the 200 free with 1:47.09 at the Jean Freeman Invitational (12/1/12) • placed fifth in the 400 IM and eighth in the 200 fly at the Grand Prix (11/10/12) • finished fifth in the 200 fly vs Iowa (11/2/12) • placed fourth in the 200 fly and fifth in the 400 IM against Wisconsin (10/2612) • competed in the 200 butterfly and 500 freestyle at Michigan (10/5/12).

2011-12 • Freshman Season: Established three top times at the Big Ten Championships • placed 15th in the 200 fly (1:47.67) • finished 29th in the 400 IM (3:59.83) • finished 31st in the 500 free (4:27.25) • member of the second place 800 free relay at the Minnesota Challenge • also placed second in the 200 fly • letterwinner.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Rancho Alamitos High School • high school coaches were Shelby Arthur and Marybeth McGowan • swam for the Mission Viejo Nadadores, coached by Bill Rose • state 100 fly champion as a junior and senior • 200 free champion as a sophomore • earned All-Garden Grove League honors all four years of high school • swam for Team Mexico in the 2009 North American Challenge Cup, placing third in the 1,500-meter free • runner-up in the 200-meter butterfly at 2011 US junior nationals • also lettered in water polo three times • USA Swimming Scholastic All-American • President's Award recipient • honor roll student.

Personal: Born December 9, 1992 • undecided on a major • son of Antonio and Elvia Cisneros • has three older siblings: Antonio, Samantha, and Maritza • Antonio and Samantha both swam in college • lists swimming an Olympic Trials cut in the 200-meter butterfly as his most memorable sports thrill.
