MINNEAPOLIS – For the second week in a row, Adam Wilcox of the top-ranked Gopher hockey program has earned weekly accolades from the Big Ten Conference – picking up the league’s Second Star of the Week on Tuesday morning.
Wilcox, who leads the Big Ten and is second nationally with 18 wins this season, recorded a .959 save percentage and a 0.96 goals-against average over the weekend as Minnesota claimed four out of six points last weekend against Michigan State.
