Minnesota Head Coach Don Lucia:
On the Gopher power play...
"We got the one goal which is great, and we did a much better job about not turning the pucks over. But, we were plus one on the power play."
On Mike and Connor Reilly...
"First time since 2004 that two brothers score in the same game. We took Connor and put him on the power play, and Mike made a nice play, as well. So we got some good production. They both had good games tonight. I thought they were both very involved."
Sophomore Goaltender Adam Wilcox:
On Gopher special teams...
"We realized that our power play wasn't what we wanted it to be at, and we did some different things, moved some people around. I thought Connor worked really well over there. He had a good shot, so I think you just have to have a good start, and we'll have a rest of the good way here."
Sophomore Defenseman Mike Reilly:
On assisting on Connor Reilly's goal and scoring in the same game...
"I just said nice play...I didn't really do much, got a nice pass from Warning and he made a great move past the defenseman or the high forward. I didn't see the shot...it was something pretty special for us."
Redshirt-Freshman Forward Connor Reilly:
On scoring a goal with an assist from Mike Reilly...
"(Scoring with Mikey) made it pretty special...it felt pretty good. I think Mike had a great shot on his (goal), and I was lucky enough to find some open space -- just tried to put it through the back of the net."
