A 2014 graduate of Edina High School • led the Hornets to two-straight MSHSL Class A state championships in 2013 and 2014 • served as team captain • closed out his prep career with 38 points (12 goals, 26 assists) in 30 games during the 2013-14 season including a team-high eight points (four goals, four assists) in the state tournament • recorded 23 points (10 goals, 13 assists) during the 2012-13 season and had 22 points (seven goals, 15 assists) during the 2011-12 campaign • also played golf at Edina High School and served as team captain for the 2014 state championship team • split the 2014-15 season in the USHL between the Sioux Falls Stampede and the Madison Capitols – totaling 16 points (eight goals, eight assists) in 43 games • also played four games with Sioux Falls during the 2013-14 season with two assists and competed in two games with the Lincoln Stars during the 2012-13 season • skated with Gopher teammates Connor Hurley, Ryan Zuhlsdorf and Cullen Munson at Edina.
