2013-14 | JUNIOR SEASON
Tallied 2 assists in a victory over RPI. • Named to the 2014 Ice Breaker Classic All-Tournament Team.• Picked up four assists in a weekend sweep of Bemidji State. • Added two assists in a series split with SCSU. • Netted his first goal of the season in a 5 - 0 victory over Notre Dame. • Added a goal and an assist in a 4 - 2 victory over Notre Dame to secure a weekend sweep. • Tallied an assist in a 6 - 2 road win over Boston College. • Picked up a goal and two assists in a 5 - 0 victory at Michigan State. • Added two more assists the following night in a 3 - 3 tie at Michigan State. • For his efforts in East Lansing, including a goal and four assists, Reilly was named the B1G's First Star of the week honors. Reilly was the first defenseman in conference history to earn the award.

Appeared in 36 games this season as a freshman for the Gophers • led all Minnesota rookies with 14 points (three goals, 11 assists) in 2012-13 • assisted on a pair of goals in his Gophers debut vs. Michigan State (10/12) • scored his first collegiate goal in a 5-1 triumph at Vermont (11/23) • played as a forward and scored a goal against the tigers of Colorado College (12/7). • his goal against Colorado College meant he took a three-game point streak into the holiday break • played in every game, as a freshman, prior to the holiday break for the Gophers • missed two games to compete with the U.S. National Junior team, winning gold at the 2013 IIHF World Junior Championships in Ufa, Russia • recorded the primary assist on Ben Marshall's game-winning goal against Alaska Anchorage to give the Gophers a 4-3 victory (1/11) • notched an assist on Nate Condon's third-period goal at St. Cloud State (2/9) • assisted on a first-period goal by Sam Warning in a 3-2 victory at Wisconsin (2/15) • scored a power-play goal in the first period against Minnesota Duluth to give the Gphers an early lead (2/23).

Under head coach Fred Harbinson in 2011-12, helped the BCHL's Penticton Vees set a North American junior hockey record with a 42-game win streak en route to RBC Cup and Doyle Cup championships • was a teammate of brothers and current Gopher freshmen Connor and Ryan • led BCHL defensemen in goals (24), assists (59), and points (83) and won the BCHL Interior Conference Best Defenseman Award • selected to the BCHL All-Rookie Team and was a first-team All-Interior Conference selection • named Vees' Player of the Month in October • skated for Shattuck St. Mary's under head coach Tom Ward in 2010-11 • led Sabres defensemen in scoring with 43 points and helped guide the team to an Under-18 Tier I National Championship • played two seasons of prep hockey for the Academy of Holy Angels with both of his brothers under coach Greg Trebil • led team's defensemen in scoring and was an All-Missota Conference honoree in both years • drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 4th round (98th overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
