Directions - From Interstate 94 (Westbound): Take the Huron Boulevard exit and follow that to the intersection of Huron Boulevard and Washington Avenue Southeast. Take slight right onto 23rd Avenue Southeast. Take left onto 6th Street Southeast. Turn left onto Oak Street Southeast. The Sports Pavilion will be behind Williams Arena, ahead on the right.
- From Interstate 94 (Eastbound): Take the Interstate 35W North exit and follow the directions below.
- From Interstate 35W (Northbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street Southeast exit and take a right on University Avenue. Follow that until 18th Avenue Southeast, or for about ten blocks, and the Sports Pavilion will be on the left.
- From Interstate 35W (Southbound): Take the University Avenue/4th Street Southeast exit. Go past 4th Street Southeast and turn left on University Avenue. Follow that until 18th Avenue Southeast, or for about ten blocks, and the Sports Pavilion will be on the left.

Parking There is plenty of parking located around the Sports Pavilion in the form of parking ramps, surface lots and street parking. Parking facilities in the area for the general public include the University Avenue Ramp and the 4th Street Ramp. Will CallBox office is located in the Sports Pavilion West Lobby. Box Office will open one (1) hour prior to game time. The customer will be required to show a photo ID in order to claim the tickets or the confirmation receipt for tickets ordered online.

Minnesota Athletics Ticket Office Policies
Return and exchange policy:
- All sales are final.
- No refund/ No Exchange.
Replacement Ticket Policy:
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge a non-refundable fee of $5.00 for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left home. This service is available to season ticket holders and single game mail order, telephone and on-line buyers of record. It does not apply to over the counter purchases since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
