Minnesota Falters At Iowa

Final Results

The Gophers dropped a 422.750 - 419.450 decision at Iowa this afternoon.

Minnesota scored higher than Iowa on the floor exercise and the vault and had the highest individual score on the floor exercise (Matt Frey at 15.100), vault (Adam Kern at 15.300) and high bar (Steve Jaciuk at 14.150).

Josh Wokurka was the lone Gopher to compete in the all-around competition, placing second with a 82.900 total. Iowa's Javier Balboa was first at 85.950.

Minnesots returns to action on Feb. 16 at Oklahoma.
