Named Academic All-Big Ten • appeared in every meet • won four event titles including one all-around title • earned the Gophers' Most Valuable Gymnast award • named first team All-Big Ten • broke the school record on parallel bars with a 15.600 • at the NCAA Championships, Duran finished ninth on all-around, 37th on floor, 22nd on pommel horse, 39th on rings, 33rd on vault, 27th on high bar and 12th on parallel bars • finished eighth on floor with a 14.425, ninth on parallel bars with a score of 14.475 and ninth on high bar with a 13.650 at the 2016 Big Ten Championships • competed on all-around against Nebraska and Iowa • earned a season-best all-around score of 87.100 against Nebraska and Iowa • recorded a career-best pommel horse score of 14.650 against UIC and the Minnesota Club team, and also competed on rings, parallel bars and high bar • broke the school record on parallel bars with a 15.600 vs. Illinois, Stanford, Iowa and Canada, where Duran also competed on pommel horse, rings, and high bar • competed in four events vs. Air Force, scoring a 14.250 on pommel horse, 14.650 on rings, 14.400 on parallel bars, and 14.400 on high bar • recorded a 14.300 on pommel horse, 14.300 on rings, 14.750 on parallel bars, and 14.350 on high bar against Nebraska and the Minnesota club team • scored 85.200 on all-around against Penn State with a career-best 15.100 on floor • opened the season with an all-around score of 85.250 at the Windy City Invitational.

2015 | Freshman Season
Appeared in seven regular-season meets plus the NCAA Championships and competed on floor exercise, vault, parallel bars, high bars and pommel horse • earned first varsity letter • third highest Gopher score (14.10) at the NCAA Team Qualifiers on pommel horse • tallied season-high vault score (14.65) at the last-regular season meet • finished in second place on the parallel bars tallied his season-high scores on both pommel horse (14.0) and the parallel bars (14.75) vs. Iowa • finished fourth on parallel bars vs. Iowa/Neb • competed on high bar (13.8) and floor exercise (14.55) at the first regular-season home meet vs. Air Force.
