2013 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Competed in three events in season-opening Windy City Invitational (1/18), where he led the Gophers (tied with Adam LaFleur) with a 14.200 on parallel bars • recorded a 14.050 on the high bar helping Minnesota win the event with a 70.950(tied with Ohio State).
2012 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Competed in every meet of the season for the Gophers • Earned a career- high score of 13.900 on rings vs. UIC (2/25) • Career high of 14.850 on parallel bars came against Nebraska/Illinois (3/11) • Received a career-best score of 14.700 on high bar on day one of the Big Ten Championships, placing him in third place for the day • Placed fourth on day two at the Big Ten meet on h-bar with a score of 14.500 • Competed in the NCAA Championships, scoring a 14.150 on high bar.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A 2011 graduate of New Berlin Eisenhower High School • won state championship in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 and finished second in 2008 • won regional championship in 2007, 2008 and 2011 and finished third in 2009 • member of the second place team at the 2011 Junior Olympic Nationals and finished fifth in high bar and 17th in all-around • finished 23rd in all-around at the 2007 Junior Olympic Nationals and 28th in 2006 • received the hardest worker award in 2010 and 2011 with club team • named academic all-American in 2008.
