2017 | Junior Season
Competed on floor, vault, parallel bars, and high bar during finals at the NCAA Championships • recorded a personal record on parallel bars with a 14.550 and competed on floor, vault, and high bar at the NCAA Qualifying Session • placed ninth on high bar and also competed on floor, vault, and parallel bars at the B1G Championships • matched personal record on vault with a 14.850 and won event title on high bar with a 14.650 at Nebraska • placed third on floor with a 14.250 and placed second on vault with a 14.550 against UIC • competed on vault, parallel bars, and high bar vs. Iowa and ASU • tied for fourth on high bar with a 13.650 at Arnold Challenge • earned a 14.400 on parallel bars at Stanford International Collegiate Challenge • recorded personal record on vault with a 14.850 against Iowa/Oklahoma • placed third on vault with a 14.550 and on high bar with a 13.200 vs. Nebraska/UMN Club • competed on floor, parallel bars and high bar vs. Illinois • recorded a 14.000 on parallel bars vs. Air Force •  earned a 12.800 on parallel bars at Windy City Invite • named team captain.

All-American honoree • received Gophers' Freshman of the Year Award • appeared in all eight regular-season meets plus the Big Ten and NCAA Championships and competed on floor exercise, vault and the high bar • earned first varsity letter • made NCAA Individual Event Finals debut on floor exercise where he finished 6th place overall with a 15.375 performance • earned 6th place overall in the Big Ten after earning 14.425 on floor • finished first on floor exercise (15.00), and second on high bar (14.60) at last regular-season home meet (3/7) • second place finish vs. UIC/Neb with 14.90 on high bar • finished within the top 5 at the Windy City Invite.
