Gophers Named GCAA All-Academic Team
Gaugert was one of three Gophers earlier named All-America Scholars.

The Golden Gopher men's golf was named a 2014 All-Academic Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America last week. To qualify for this award, a team's official squad list must have a GPA of 3.0 or better.

Minnesota has been named an All-Academic Team in each of its three seasons under head coach John Carlson and assistant coach Tyler Stith. Following the 2014 season, Alex Gaugert, Tyler Lowenstein and Jon Trasamar were also named Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars.
