The University of Minnesota men's golf team finished 18th at the Administaff Augusta State Invitational in Augusta, Ga. The Gophers carded a final round 295 and finished 34 shots behind tournament champ Coastal Carolina.

Individually, the Gophers were led by senior All-American Niall Turner. Turner fired a final round 71 to tie for eighth at 2-under 214. The Cork, Ireland native, recorded his third top-10 finish of the season. Bronson La'Cassie carded an even par round of 72 Sunday to tie for 49th with teammate Victor Almstrom at 5-over 221. Almstrom shot a 77 today. Freshman Ben Pisani finished 87th at 19-over 235 and sophomore Andy Paulson tied for 88th 25-over 241.

Minnesota is back in action April 14-15 at the U.S. Intercollegiate in Stanford, Calif.
