In what has become an annual tradition during the first weeks of the school year, Gopher Football head coach Jerry Kill will be venturing out on the University of Minnesota campus Friday morning from 10:30 - to 11:00 a.m. (Sept 13) to greet U of M students and encourage them to attend Saturday's game against Western Illinois.
Kill, Goldy Gopher and Gopher spirit squad members will be posing for pictures and handing out free gear to students who come out Friday morning.
Coach Kill has reached out to University students during each of his three years on campus, including 2011 and 2012.
After his meet-and-greet with students, Coach Kill is set to attend the annual Party on the Plaza in front of Coffman Memorial Union starting at 11:30.
