The University of Minnesota and the Goal Line Club will host five Gopher Gridiron Luncheons this season to preview Minnesota home football games.
The luncheons will be held the day prior to Minnesota's home games against UNLV, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Penn State and will be held at Jax Café (1928 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). Each luncheon will feature members of the Minnesota coaching staff and special guests.
Fans are able to register for the Aug. 28, Sept. 27, Oct. 5, Nov. 8 and Nov. 22 luncheons online at GoalLineClub.com. The cost is $20 per luncheon, which includes a plated meal. Seating will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the program will conclude at 1 p.m. Fans who register will have their names placed on a guest list, as tickets for the event will not be distributed.
The voice of the Gophers Mike Grimm will emcee the events, which will also include an interactive question-and-answer session and raffle prizes.
