This week we present the highlight video from the 1973 Golden Gopher football season. Led by second-year head coach Cal Stoll, Minnesota struggled out of the gates with losses against No. 3 Ohio State, a Kansas team that finished the year ranked 19th in the country and second-ranked Nebraska.
Sitting at 1-3 and 0-1 in the Big Ten, the Golden Gophers rattled off six wins in their final seven games to finish third in the conference with a 6-2 mark and 7-4 overall record.
