Played in 12 games and started against Wisconsin • saw most of his action on special teams • made one catch for 26 yards • Academic All-Big Ten. Game-by-Game: Competed against Buffalo, at Oregon State, against Middle Tennessee and versus Maryland • saw action on offense at Purdue and competed on offense and special teams against Michigan State • competed against Illinois, at Iowa and at Michigan • excelled on special teams against Nebraska • competed at Northwestern • lone catch of career was a 26-yard reception against Wisconsin.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Burnsville High School • as a senior quarterback, passed for 1,421 yards and 10 touchdowns, and ran for four touchdowns • as a senior defensive back, recorded 78 tackles, five tackles-for-loss, five pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery • named to the Associated Press' All-State Third Team in 2013 • also lettered in baseball and basketball. 

PERSONAL: Born June 17, 1995 • son of Joe and Mary Ellen Reger • has two sisters (Shannon and Delaney) • uncle Steve Winum played quarterback for the Gophers from 1975-76 • uncle Mike Reger played football at University of Minnesota Duluth.
