2014 • JUNIOR SEASON: Did not see game action.

Played in seven games • made one tackle against UNLV • saw action at New Mexico State where he partially blocked a punt • played against Western Illinois, San Jose State, Iowa, at Northwestern, against Nebraska and at Indiana on special teams, but did not record any statistics.

2012 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Appeared in seven games, playing mostly on special teams • made one tackle on the year, which came against Purdue • named Academic All-Big Ten.

2011: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Miramar High School • helped lead team to a 7-3 record and to the second round of the Florida Class 6A playoffs as a senior • recorded 67 tackles, with three interceptions and two forced fumbles in 2010 • tallied 68 tackles and three interceptions as a junior • played in the Miami Dolphins' Broward-Dade All-Star Game • listed among the Top 25 players to watch coming into the 2010 season by the South Florida Sun Central • coached by Damon Cogdell.
