Graduate of Arrowhead High School • helped lead his team to a 10-2 record in 2009, losing in the state semifinals to the eventual state champions • led his team to the state championship game and a 13-1 record as a junior in 2008 • completed 56.3 percent of his passes (71-of-126) for 1,057 yards in 2009 • tossed 13 touchdown passes and just four interceptions last season • finished his junior season 47-of-82 for 723 yards with eight touchdowns and six interceptions • rushed for 422 yards and six more scores in 2008 • coached by Tom Taraska.
