OVERVIEW: Enrolled at the University of Minnesota in January • will take part in spring practice • MaxPreps' Tom Lemming rates him the No. 2 pro-style quarterback in the nation, the No. 40 overall player in the country and his National Sleeper of the Year • earned three-star rankings from Rivals.com and Scout.com • listed as the No. 3 player in Minnesota and the No. 15 pro-style QB in the nation by Rivals • ranked the No. 46 quarterback in the country by Scout • rated the No. 94 quarterback in the country and the No. 7 player in Minnesota by ESPN • two-star prospect ranking from ESPN • listed as the No. 81 player in the Midwest by Super Prep magazine • very accurate quarterback with quick release and good power behind his throws • puts the ball in a catchable location for his receiver • works through progressions quickly • extremely accurate on short and intermediate routes • good footwork • solid when running with the football as well.
