HIGH SCHOOL: Lives in Minnesota, but attended Aquinas High School in Wisconsin • led the team to a 6-4 record as a senior • completed 108 of 225 passes for 1,950 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior • added 11 touchdowns and 860 yards rushing en route to being named the La Crosse Tribune Football Player of the Year • also had one receiving touchdown and returned one punt for a touchdown • junior season was shortened because of an injury, but he still threw for 850 yards and three touchdowns in five games • also rushed for 183 yards on 40 carries and caught five passes for 98 yards • 2012 All-State honoree • three-time All-Mississippi Valley Conference and All-City selection • helped basketball team to a 2011 state championship • coached by Dan Coughlin.
