2014 JUNIOR SEASON: Played in 13 games and started five caught 16 passes for 298 yards and one touchdown rushed 23 times for 144 yards and one touchdown. Game-by-Game: Competed against Eastern Illinois but did not record any statistics rushed once against Middle Tennessee for one yard caught two passes for 65 yards (31 and 34-yard receptions) at TCU started against San Jose State caught one pass for 11 yards at Michigan and competed against Northwestern scored his first-career touchdown on a 37-yard reception from Mitch Leidner against Purdue caught three passes for 14 yards and rushed five times for a career-high 43 yards (included a career high 18-yard rush) at Illinois rushed 10 times for 66 yards and one touchdown and caught one pass for 13 yards against Iowa rushed three times and returned one kickoff against Ohio State (picked up four yards and then threw a leteral to Jalen Myrick who picked up 31 yards) caught two passes for 50 yards and rushed two times for 15 yards at Nebraska made three catches for 33 yards at Wisconsin caught three passes for 75 yards and rushed two times for 15 yards against Missouri.
2013 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 13 games and started at Michigan caught seven passes for 70 yards and rushed two times for 19 yards returned three kickoffs for 45 yards and one punt for 26 yards named Academic All-Big Ten. Game-by-Game: Caught three passes for 30 yards against UNLV saw action at New Mexico State, but did not record any statistics made one catch and returned one punt for 26 yards against Western Illinois rushed two times for 19 yards and made two catches for 39 yards against San Jose State played against Iowa, at Michigan, at Northwestern, against Nebraska, at Indiana and against Penn State, but did not record any statistics returned one kickoff 27 yards against Wisconsin competed at Michigan State returned one kickoff 18 yards against Syracuse.
2012 FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in 13 games and started against Michigan and Michigan State played both running back and receiver, and returned kickoffs rushed 17 times for 57 yards and made 11 catches for 49 yards averaged 22.2 yards on eight kickoff returns. Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut at UNLV and finished with three catches for 23 yards rushed four times for 11 yards vs. New Hampshire attempted his first collegiate pass vs. Western Michigan carried the ball six times for 17 yards vs. Syracuse rushed three times for 15 yards at Iowa returned two kickoffs for 19 yards against Northwestern rushed one time for 7 yards at Wisconsin made two catches for 15 yards vs. Purdue and also returned three kickoffs for 68 yards made two catches vs. Michigan and returned one kickoff for a career-long 45 yards played at Illinois, but did not record any statistics rushed twice for 12 yards at Nebraska made three catches against Michigan State saw action vs. Texas Tech, but did not record any statistics.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Murphy High School helped lead team to a 22-12 record during his final three years earned all-state honorable mention honors from the Alabama Sports Writers Association 70-of-123 passing for 1,122 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior rushed for 1,041 yards and eight TDs on 186 carries in 2011 saw time at wide receiver as a senior, snagging 10 receptions for 199 yards and three scores missed much of his junior season with an injury 74-of-143 passing for 1,126 yards and 10 touchdowns with four interceptions as a sophomore rushed 91 times for 446 yards and four scores in 2009 coached by Ronn Lee.
