HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Brainerd High School • helped lead Warriors to a 12-1 record, which is the school's best record ever, and a spot in the 5A state championship game • served as the team's punter and started at tight end, while also playing running back and backup quarterback • recorded 16 touchbacks • converted 47-of-52 extra points and also made two field goals • averaged 34.4 yards punting en route to being named honorable mention All-Section and All-Conference • longest career punt was 73 yards • was 4-of-4 passing for 63 yards and one touchdown • rushed 24 times for 177 yards and one touchdown • caught four passes for 102 yards • coached by Ron Stolski • received a 4.5 star punter rating from Kohl's and was listed as the No. 26 punter in his class • also lettered in basketball and baseball.
