2012 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in all 13 games started four games at left tackle earned his second varsity letter. Game-by-Game: Made his season debut at UNLV and helped protect for an offense that totaled a season-high 478 yards (209 rushing, 269 passing) helped pave the way for the Gophers to rush for a season-high 240 yards against New Hampshire started against Purdue when Minnesota passed for 246 yards and three touchdowns started at Illinois when the Gophers rushed for 231 yards saw action vs. Texas Tech as Minnesota gained 222 yards on the ground.
2011 FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in six games started final two games of 2011 season at left tackle earned his first varsity letter. Game-by-Game: Made his first collegiate appearance at Michigan (10/1) saw action as reserve at Purdue (10/8) saw action against Nebraska (10/22) played numerous snaps against Iowa (10/29) saw action at left tackle against Wisconsin (11/12) made first career start at left tackle at Northwestern (11/19) part of an offensive line that paved the way for a season-high 269 yards rushing vs. the Wildcats started second consecutive game at left tackle in victory over Illinois (11/26).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Victor J. Andrew High School helped lead his team to a 6-4 record and a playoff berth in 2009 earned 2009 Illinois Coaches Association first-team all-state honors named second-team all-state by the Chicago Tribune 2009 all-area selection named Offensive Player of the Year in the Southwest Suburban League Red Conference two-time all-conference selection helped lead his team to an 8-3 record, a playoff berth and a conference championship as a sophomore in 2007 coached by Jim Zimmer.
