2017 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Started six games and played in nine • recorded 21 tackles and one fumble recovery. Game-by-game: Started in his collegiate debut against Buffalo and made five tackles • notched two tackles and recovered a fumble against Oregon State • recorded one tackle against Middle Tennessee • tallied a career high six tackles against Maryland • notched three tackles against Purdue • missed Michigan State game due to injury • tallied one tackle against Illinois • missed Iowa and Michigan games due to injury • saw action against Nebraska • notched three tackles against Northwestern • competed against Wisconsin.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Northside High School • two-way player that saw action at cornerback and wide receiver • led the Grizzlies to a top-25 ranking in the state • earned All-State honors after he racked up 63 tackles, 18 pass breakups, two forced fumbles and picked off six passes returning one for a touchdown • also added six touchdowns on offense as he accumulated three scores on the ground with 107 total yards and contributed three receiving touchdowns while amassing 244 yards • returned two kickoffs for touchdowns • coached by Mike Falleur • also lettered in track.
