2017 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in nine games and missed the final three games of the season • saw most of his action on special teams, where he made three tackles.
2016 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in one game • made his collegiate and Minnesota debut against Indiana State and caught one pass for six yards.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Comeaux High School • named Honorable Mention All-State • caught 39 passes for 652 yards and six touchdowns as a senior and rushed the ball 12 times for 186 yards and two scores • notched 50 tackles • returned three of his seven interceptions for touchdowns • returned six punts for 178 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed for a 75-yard score on a fake punt • returned 14 kickoffs for 463 yards (33.1 average) and scored three touchdowns • served as team’s punter as well • named First Team All-Acadiana as a returner and was named The Daily Advertiser/Service Chevrolet Special Teams Player of the Year • Honorable Mention All-State • played in the East-West Louisiana High School Coaches Association All-Star game where he had a 42-yard reception for the victorious West team • caught 35 passes for 595 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior • coached by Kevin Magee • also lettered in basketball • a three-star recruit by 247Sports and Scout, while Rivals gave him two stars • 247Sports ranked him as 50th-best prospect in Louisiana, while Scout had him as the No. 88 wide receiver in the South and as the No. 15 receiver in the state • 247Sports had him as the No. 112 wide receiver in his class, while Scout listed him at No. 209.
