PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played two seasons at Minnesota State-Mankato, starting his career on offense before moving to the defensive backfield as a sophomore rushed for 69 yards and a score on 15 carries during his freshman season in 2007 recorded 29 tackles, with five passes defended in 12 games of action as a sophomore in 2008.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Armstrong High School (Minn.) named to the First-Team All-Classic Lake Conference as a senior averaged 6.9 yards per carry in his final season of high school competition also averaged 23.8 yards per kickoff return as a senior advanced to the Minnesota State High School Track and Field Championships in three events, including as a member of the state champion 4x200-meter relay squad.
