2012 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 12 games and started seven • made 13 catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns. HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School • helped lead his team to a 6-5 record in 2010 • Cougars were 4-4 in Sunflower League action • earned First-Team Kansas Large School All-State honors as a defensive end earned all-state honorable mention honors as a junior • named First-Team All-Sunflower League both as a tight end and defensive end following both his junior and senior seasons • also a Kansas City all-metro selection as a senior and an honorable mention all-metro choice in 2009 • recorded 103 tackles, 28 tackles for loss, four sacks and seven forced fumbles last season • coached by Aaron Barnett.
