HIGH SCHOOL: Standout player at Port Huron High School where he was a three-year starter at linebacker made 197 career tackles and was named first-team All-Academic Macomb Area Conference three times served as captain during his senior year and was named All-East Metro by the Detroit News received the Harry Anderle Award, which was presented to the top defensive player named first-team All-Macomb Area Conference as a senior averaged 4.7 yards-per-rush and 10.7 yards-per-catch as a senior on offense.
