2014 SENIOR SEASON: Played in 11 games, mostly on special teams saw special teams action against Middle Tennessee, at TCU and against San Jose State competed on special teams at Michigan and against Northwestern made one tackle against Purdue made one tackle on special teams against Iowa and Ohio State competed at Nebraska made two tackles at Wisconsin competed against Missouri.
2013 JUNIOR SEASON: Played on special teams in the first 10 games of the season made one tackle against UNLV assisted on one tackle against San Jose State.
2012 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 12 games, mostly on special teams carried the ball four times for 19 yards and made one catch for 23 yards made five tackles, four of which were solo.
2011 FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in nine games recorded one carry at Michigan made two tackles on special teams.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Taravella High School team finished with a 4-6 record in 2009 named Broward County Player of the Year by the Miami Sun-Sentinel two-time all-state and all-county selection earned a three-star ranking from Rivals.com and ESPN Scouts Inc. ranked as the No. 22 running back in the nation by ESPN and Scouts Inc. led Broward County in rushing as a junior and senior topped the 200-yard mark in four games as a senior rushed for 1,835 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2009 rushed 241 times for 1,622 yards and 19 scores in 2008 rushed for more than 1,300 yards and 11 scores as a sophomore coached by Dan Marguriet.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 8, 1991 son of Vanessa Russell and Stanley Wright Sr. has graduated with a degree in youth studies and is continuing his education this fall.
