2014 JUNIOR SEASON: Started at right guard against Eastern Illinois and helped the Gophers rush for 182 yards and four touchdowns and pass for 144 yards and one touchdown paved the way for Minnesota to rush for 284 yards, including a career-high 220 by David Cobb, against Middle Tennessee started at TCU blocked for an offense that rushed for 380 yards against San Jose State started at Michigan, but then missed the Northwestern and Purdue games with an injury saw action in a reserve role and on special teams against Iowa and Ohio State.
2013 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 13 games and started the last four of the season at right guard named Academic All-Big Ten. Game-by-Game: Saw action against UNLV and helped protect for an offense that rushed for 221 yards saw action at New Mexico State where the Gophers rushed for 342 yards helped pave the way for Minnesota to rush for 213 yards and four touchdowns against Western Illinois played against San Jose State where the Gophers rushed for 353 yards (most since 2005) saw mostly special teams action against Iowa, at Michigan, at Northwestern, against Nebraska and at Indiana made his first career start against Penn State and protected for an offense that gained 381 yards started against Wisconsin and at Michigan State protected for a unit that passed for two touchdowns and garnered 350 yards of offense against Syracuse.
2012 FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in seven games missed time due to an injury named Academic All-Big Ten. Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut in a reserve role at UNLV and helped protect for an offense that totaled a season-high 478 yards (209 rushing, 269 passing) helped pave the way for the Gophers to rush for a season-high 240 yards against New Hampshire protected for an offense that passed for four touchdowns against Western Michigan also played vs. Syracuse, Michigan and Michigan State blocked for an offense that rushed for 222 yards vs. Texas Tech.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Menasha High School led team to a 2010 Fox Valley Association co-championship Bluejays finished 2010 with a 9-2 mark team finished No. 2 in the Fox Valley Association in total offense and scoring offense earned first-team all-area honors as a senior coached by Jeramie Korth.
PERSONAL: Born October 4, 1993 son of Perry Bush and Jenny Straight high school teammate of Gopher wide receiver Aaron Marmer.
