2012 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in seven games • missed time due to an injury • earned his first varsity letter. Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut in a reserve role at UNLV and helped protect for an offense that totaled a season-high 478 yards (209 rushing, 269 passing) • helped pave the way for the Gophers to rush for a season-high 240 yards against New Hampshire • protected for an offense that passed for four touchdowns against Western Michigan • also played vs. Syracuse, Michigan and Michigan State • blocked for an offense that gained 222 yards rushing vs. Texas Tech.

2011: Redshirted.
