#3: Austin Hollins Scores 32 Points in Final Home Game vs. Southern Miss
With the Gophers just one win away from a trip to New York City, Minnesota found itself in an early eight-point hole against Southern Miss. Minnesota found its response in senior Austin Hollins, who had a career night in his final home game at the Barn.
Hollins poured in a career-high 32 points, continuing his ascent up the career scoring chart and posting the first 30-point game by a Gopher this season. Hollins was a perfect 10-10 from the free throw line, sank six 3-pointers, and also added four assists, three steals and two rebounds as he led the Gophers to victory, and a berth in the NIT Final Four.
