Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Freshman team missed his first two shots and made the next five to finish with 15 points in the first round of the MVC Tournament made his second career start against Green Bay (2/23) named the MVC Newcomer of the Week on Feb. 4 scored 12 points with five rebounds against Indiana State (2/2) notched his first career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds at Illinois State (1/12) matched a career-high with 21 points against Missouri State (1/5) hauled in a career-high 10 rebounds, four offensive, with five points and three assists against NC Central (12/19) had a team and career-high 21 points in the loss to Xavier (11/25) scored 12 points with three three-pointers in the opener against William Jewell (11/10).
Averaged 23.9 points and six rebounds as a senior in 2011-12 scored in double figures in 26 of 29 games to lead Eastview to a 28-2 record and a berth in the Minnesota state AAAA basketball tournament averaged 17.6 points per game as a junior in leading the Lightning to a 22-5 record and a South Suburban Conference title scored in double figures in 24 of 27 that year, including a season-best 36 points against Eagan a three-year letterwinner in basketball two-time member of the All-State Team three-time All-South Suburban Conference honoree.
