Played at the Canarias Basketball Academy in Spain under head coach Rob Orellana • prior to that, competed in Andorra along with more than three years in Torrejón, Spain.
Parents are Henriette Diatta and the late Jean Pierre Diedhiou • has four siblings: a twin brother Jean Pascal, and sisters Khady Anna, Marie Emilie, and brother Joe Philips • played soccer before started playing basketball at the age of 14 • enjoys hanging out with friends and dancing • major is undecided but plans to major in business.
