Billy O'Meara is in his third season as video coordinator at the University of Minnesota.
O'Meara comes to the Twin Cities from the University of Florida, where he served as assistant video coordinator from 2011-2014. In that role, O'Meara was responsible for filming and editing UF practices and games, along with preparing scouting edits for upcoming opponents. He created all team and recruiting highlight films, along with coordinating film exchange and assisting with scouting reports and future game scheduling.
Prior to his time in Gainesville, O'Meara served as a four-year student manager at his alma mater, the University of Louisville. He has also gained significant experience as a staff member for a number of summer college basketball camps.
O'Meara earned his bachelor's degree in sport administration from Louisville in May 2011.
