Just a month after hosting Super Bowl LII, US Bank Stadium will serve as home for the 2018 DQ Classic. This year's tournament will feature a Big Ten-Pac 12 format as the Golden Gophers welcome Illinois, Michigan State, Arizona, UCLA and Washington to the Twin Cities. This marks the 13th year that Dairy Queen has been the title sponsor of the tournament which began in 1989 and has featured nearly 150 future major leaguers.
U.S. Bank Stadium, owned and operated by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, is a multi-purpose stadium and home to the NFL's Minnesota Vikings. The 66,200 seat stadium is located in the heart of Minneapolis and opened on July 22, 2016.
