Emily Whitten
	Position: Asst. Athletic Trainer

Emily joins the Athletic Medicine staff at the University of Minnesota as the Athletic Trainer for Women's Gymnastics and Women's Golf. She returns to Gold Country after working for 1 year as an Athletic Trainer in Minnesota with Ridgeview Rehab Specialists providing medical coverage at Delano High School . A 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Masters of Education in Sport Management, Whitten was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for 2 years with the Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving, and Men's Gymnastics teams. Emily arrived in Minnesota from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in May 2007.

Originally hailing from Colorado Springs, CO, Emily currently resides in Minnetonka, MN.
