Sarah Turcotte is an assistant athletic communications director and handles all public relations duties for women's basketball, men's and women's swimming and diving and rowing.
Prior to joining the Minnesota staff, Turcotte spent five years at the University of Central Florida as an Assistant Director of Athletics Communications, working primarily with the Knights' softball, volleyball and women's rowing programs.
Prior to making the move to Orlando, Fla., Turcotte served as the sports information assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Superior from 2005-07, after having began her career in athletics communications as a student assistant in the summer of 2004.
A native of Hurley, Wis., Turcotte graduated with a degree in exercise science from UWS in 2006. During her undergraduate career, she was a member of the Yellowjacket softball team and was inducted into the UWS Athletics Hall of Fame on Oct. 1, 2011.
The former Sarah Tarasewicz married Dan Turcotte in August 2011. The couple currently resides in Roseville with their daughter, Veronica.
