Krista Sheely is the Assistant Athletic Director IT for Programming at the University of Minnesota. Her primary role is overseeing all development and programming for the Athletic Department Intranet site - www.athletics.umn.edu. She is also responsible for all mass email communications using Lyris.
Prior to joining the University of Minnesota, Krista was head of the Computer Science department at a small private Minnesota K-12 school. She taught students to love technology and made the computer course a valuable one for all middle school and high school students. Krista also has experience as an IT Financial Reporting using PL/SQL reporting.
During Krista's free time, she enjoys mentoring a high school robotics team at the private school she once taught at. She is Minnesota native, only leaving to pursue her undergraduate at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.
