What made you want to dance at the University of Minnesota? I wanted to continue dancing in college for a competitive team that I knew could make me a stronger dancer
When/Where did you first start dancing? 4 years old
What's something that most people don't know about you? I have the record for 100m hurdles at my high school.
What non-dance accomplishment are you most proud of? I was awarded the Athena award for most outstanding female athlete at Hopkins High School.
What do you like to do when you aren't dancing? Go rollerblading and watch movies with my girlfriends.
What is your favorite memory on this team: Winning a double national championship three years in a row and storming the court after winning the Gophers vs. Indiana basketball game.
Do you have any tips for high school dancers who want to continue on in college? Tryout and attend the UMDT dance clinics. Being on this team is about so much more than just dancing. You create lifelong friends and you meet people who share the same interest as you.
Gophers Headed To Holiday Bowl

Minnesota will play Washington State in the 2016 National Funding Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27, in San Diego, Calif. The 6 p.m. CT game will be played at Qualcomm Stadium and broadcast on ESPN.

A native of Excelsior, Minn., Lettieri ranks second on the Gophers with 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in 14 games this season.
Four Earn All-Region Honors

Alexis Hart, Samantha Seliger-Swenson, Hannah Tapp, and Sarah Wilhite earned All-Region honors for the Golden Gophers. Molly Lohman and Paige Tapp earned region honorable mentions.
