Cole is entering his second year as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Gopher baseball team. During this most recent offseason, he worked with the USA 18U baseball team during their summer preparation in Minneapolis before a gold medal run in the World Cup of Baseball.

A native of Northfield, MN, Cole graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Spanish. Prior to the U of M, Cole gained clinical experience while working with the UMD men's hockey team, Duluth Huskies baseball club and USA Paralympic track and field teams.

Harding holds certifications in Graston Technique M1, Active Release Therapy for the lower extremity and has been a member of the National Athletic Training Association since 2014. As a graduate assistant, he is pursuing a Master of Education in Sport and Exercise Science.
