BEST BUY GOPHER PIC OF THE GAME 2011 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING: The Best Buy Gopher Pic of the Game 2011 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") starts Saturday September 17th, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time and ends November 26th, 2011 at3:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time ("Promotion Period"). Sponsored by Best Buy Corporation.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Minnesota, eighteen (18) years or older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Best Buy, Minnesota Gophers Football, FanChatter, and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void outside Minnesota and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
ENTRY METHOD:
During every 2011 Minnesota Gopher Football regular season home game, eligible individuals who e-mail a picture taken at the game by the beginning of the 4th quarter to bestbuy@fanchatter.com will be entered to win. Entries will be valid for the duration of the game in which they submit their photos. Best Buy and FanChatter reserve the right to disqualify inappropriate entries.
Limit one entry per person or email address during the Promotion Period. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted.
RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners of the Pic of the Game drawings (the "Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about the beginning of the 4th inning for every Gopher Football regular season home game for the 2011 season, from among all eligible entries received. The decisions of Best Buy, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household for entire Promotion Period.
PRIZES: One Prize will be awarded for each game during the Promotion Period. The prize will be a $50 gift card to Best Buy.
All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Best Buy's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except by Best Buy who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.
TAXATION: Prize winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income taxes associated with a Prize. Best Buy is not responsible for and will not pay or in any way compensate Prize winners for taxes associated with winning a Prize in this contest. Best Buy will issue Form 1099-MISC to a Prize winner if required by law. Prize winners should consult their tax advisor about the tax implications of winning a Prize.
NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified by the email address or phone number provided with the picture. Winner will be required to sign Best Buy's statement of eligibility and release of liability. Refusal to sign statement and release will result in disqualification. The Prize will only be awarded to Winner whose e-mail address or phone number is submitted at the time of entry.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By acceptance of Prize, each Winner grants to Best Buy the right to publicize such Winner's name, city and state/province of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash; and prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at discretion of Best Buy. Any taxes on the prize and any expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants (and their parent or legal guardian if a minor in their state of residence) agree (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Best Buy and the judging agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless Best Buy, Minnesota Gopher Football, FanChatter and their respective affiliated companies and directors, officers and employees from any and all claims, liability or damages arising out of their participation and the acceptance and use of a prize; (c) if a winner, to permit Best Buy and its agents to use winner's name, city and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes in all media without additional compensation and any prior review or approval; (d) that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (e) that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form class action. This Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the State of Colorado with venue in Denver, CO for the resolution of all claims and disputes. Best Buy and judging agency are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or for transactions, entries or communications that are processed late or incorrectly or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or human error.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BEST BUY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Best Buy reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award Sweepstakes Finalist Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Best Buy also reserves right to disqualify any individual who does not comply with these Official Rules.
