Former Gophers Phil Kessel and Blake Wheeler accounted for four of the seven goals scored in last night's 5-2 win for the Winnipeg Jets over the Toronto Maple Leafs. The pair of forwards notched two goals apiece starting with this unique, stick-breaking shot by Kessel that tied the game at 1-1 just 38 seconds into the second period.
Winnipeg's second leading scorer this year added his 10th goal of the year later went on to make it 5-1 Jets at 12:53 of the third period.
