NHL: Martin Tallies Three Assists for Pittsburgh

| No TrackBacks
Much has been made this season of Paul Martin's revitalized play with the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Wednesday's 6-5 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers was no different.

The former Gopher notched three assists in the game to end the night with 12 points (two goals, 10 assists) this season. Martin also led the Penguins with 31 shifts last night as his role throughout the Penguins' game plan increases. The defenseman's third assist of the night helped Pittsburgh tie the game at 5-5 with just over two minutes to play in regulation (the Flyers would sneak in the game winner moments later, however).

Here's all three of Martin's helpers from last night for your viewing pleasure.
