Former Gopher Jim O'Brien scored his first of the year and his fourth career NHL goal last night as the Ottawa Senators routed Florida 4-0.

O'Brien's third period juke made Florida defenseman Stephen Weiss miss completely on a check attempt before the Senators forward beat Panthers goalie Jose Theodore low for Ottawa's third goal of the night.

Looking at O'Brien's career stats, three of his seven career points have come against the Panthers including two of his four goals. The Senators and Panthers meet again on Thursday night.
