The road to the 2009 Final Four® will begin in the Twin Cities.
The University of Minnesota and the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome will host the 2009 NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball First and Second Rounds on Friday, March 20, and Sunday, March 22, 2009.
Ticket packages for the Minneapolis site will go on sale Monday morning, March 24, 2008, and are priced at $192 and $147. Both ticket packages include four games on March 20, 2009, and two games on March 22, 2009.
Fans interested in purchasing tickets for the 2009 NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball First and Second Rounds at the Metrodome may do so online at www.ncaa.com/tickets. All ticket requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to be mailed to applicants no later than Jan. 31, 2009.
The 65-team field for the 2009 NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball Championship, including the eight teams to be featured at the Minneapolis site, will be announced on Sunday, March, 15, 2009, live on CBS at 5 p.m. (CT).
