A Message from Coach Tubby Smith to Former Players

I can not tell you how thrilled I am to be leading the Golden Gopher Basketball team! I truly believe that one of the most important components in a successful basketball program is the involvement and support of the former players. You are an important part of such a wonderful tradition at the University of Minnesota and I am excited to get everyone actively involved in the fraternity that unites us all – Golden Gopher Basketball! I am looking forward to meeting each of you in the near future! I want you involved, I need you involved, I welcome you to be involved.
